Wholesale FAQ

Yes — we offer area exclusivity for our stockists. When a new trade application is received, we check the proximity to existing stockists. As a general guideline, if a new store is within roughly a 10-minute walking distance of an existing stockist, the application may be declined to protect our current partner’s territory.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within the time frames agreed at time of order
Please note: processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Payment is taken after delivery of your order. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you and invoice, to be paid within 30 days. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.

Credit terms may be available to regular trade customers subject to approval.

We do offer a bespoke and white label service for our trade customers, although please note, that because of our manufacturing process we have quite high minimums. Full more information see here.

For wholesale orders, we can ship DDP into the EU (subject to a valid VAT/TVA number) and the USA only. This means we handle all customs clearance, duties, and taxes, so your goods arrive ready to sell with no extra charges on delivery.

Some categories of goods shipped to the USA are subject to additional import tariffs under Section 301 (“Trump tariffs”). For wholesale orders shipped DDP, these costs are already included in your price — no extra charges on delivery.
