Shipping Policy Wholesale

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) from our warehouse Penley, UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship wholesale orders within the UK and internationally.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within the time frames agreed at time of order
Please note: processing times may be longer during peak periods.

2–5 working days from dispatch.

Matches are classed as dangerous goods (UN 1944 Safety Matches). We ship them in compliance with all legal requirements.

Sent using approved couriers with no extra delays or charges.

All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe: contact your sales representative or email info@archivistgallery.com.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
