Artists And Designers

Artists and Designers

We are lucky enough to work and collaborate with a wonderful community of creatives with their fabulous designs shaping so much of the world of Archivist. From pattern designers and illustrators, print-makers and fellow stationery designers to fine artists and museums take a look at all the collections here.

  • Ariane Butto

Inspired by her travels and a love of colour, French illustrator, Ariane Butto, brings romantic beauty and stunning colours to her collections with Archivist.

  • Ariana Martin

Introducing Ariana Martin, a pattern designer and maker based in leafy Sheffield. Her work is described as simultaneously timeless and fresh, mature and cheerful.

  • Charlotte Farmer

Cat, coffee, cardigan lover, Charlotte Farmer, is one of our favourite collaborations to date. Vibrant, dynamic... a little bonkers so perfectly "matched" with Archivist.

  • Chase and Wonder

From one husband and wife team to another, Chase and Wonder's journey mirrors much of our own. Their romantic, highly intricate designs are perfectly paired with our letterpress printing, creating enchanting seasonal collections.

  • J. Falkner

Designed in the glorious Palm Beach sunshine, J. Falkner's collections hold true to his love of bold colour and his signature graphic, simple and clean style.

  • Paula Hirst

Based on the East Coast of England, Paula Hirst specialises in fun, uplighting designs that are sprinkled with a coating of happiness. You can usually find her waiting for an incoming tide at whichever beach is closest to her.

  • Pressink

Established in 2016 by Kristína Uhráková, Pressink is the first functional space dedicated to letterpress in Slovakia. It's a great privilege to work with Kristína to celebrate the very best of the heritage and future of letterpress.

  • The Printed Peanut

With a similar love of taking inspiration from old print ephemera, Louise Lockhart, the genius behind The Printed Peanut, creates her work by cutting out shapes from paper, aiming for a playful line and unintended wonkiness.

  • Real Fun, Wow!

Real Fun, Wow!, California based freelance illustrator, muralist and designer, draws inspiration from many sources, natural and supernatural. His profound and bold mural imagery create distinctive collections across our matchboxes and cards.

  • Saint No

Contemporary American painter, Saint No draws inspiration from some of the hottest and dustiest frontiers... His collections with Archivist, like his art, has a clear direction and specific minimal colour selection.

  • Wanderlust Paper Co.

A fellow paper-lover and producer of beautiful illustrations, Wanderlust Paper Co. is based in a small design studio in Hove, East Sussex. Lucy, the artist behind it all, is known for her lyrical painting style of portraits and statues.
