06 Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders, and Goods Not Received

6.1 If goods supplied are damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 Retain all original transit packaging and damaged items until the issue is reported and a resolution is agreed upon.
6.3 Notifications of breakage, incorrect orders, or non-delivery must be made by email (info@archivistgallery.com) or phone (+44 1608 658601) and specify if you prefer replacements or a refund. Please provide images of any breakages in all emails.

08 Payments

8.1 We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payments.
8.2 We do not accept cheque payments.
8.3 All trade prices exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
8.4 The total cost of your order (including delivery charges) will be displayed during checkout and on your order confirmation.
8.5 For Our Trade Customers: Payment is taken after delivery of your order. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an invoice to be paid within 30 days. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.
8.6 Title to the goods is retained by the seller until it has received full payment for the goods.

09 Trade Accounts

9.1 Application Review: All trade account applications will be reviewed within five (5) business days of submitting the application form. Applicants will be notified of the outcome via the contact details provided.
9.2 Registered Sales Address: Customers shall ensure that the address provided to Archivist is the physical location from which the goods are sold.
9.3 Area Exclusivity: While we take care in reviewing all trade account applications and make every effort to consider the location of each applicant, we cannot guarantee area exclusivity. Any exclusivity offered is discretionary and subject to change at our sole discretion.
9.4 Change of Address: Customers must notify Archivist in writing of any change of business or trading address within 30 days of the change. This information must be sent to info@archivistgallery.com.
9.5 Prohibition on Third-Party Sales: Customers are strictly prohibited from selling the goods via any third-party retailers, online marketplaces, or sales platforms, unless prior written consent has been obtained from Archivist.
9.6 Account Inactivity: Once approved, if a trade account remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, we reserve the right to close the account. Upon closure, any previously granted area exclusivity will no longer apply. We also reserve the right to offer an Archivist Account in that area to any new applicant or party currently on our waiting list.
