Shipping Policy Retail

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) from our warehouse Penley, UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship retail orders within the UK only.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within our standard lead time fo 1 - 3 working days.

UK Deliveries: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Matches are classed as dangerous goods (UN 1944 Safety Matches). We ship them in compliance with all legal requirements: Sent via compliant carriers with no extra delays or charges.

All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
